Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience working in audit or compliance role, assessing risks, testing controls, recommending process and controls improvements using industry best practices.
Experience in identifying and assessing risks, designing and testing controls.
Experience in risk management lifecycle, audit/compliance programs in organizations.

Preferred qualifications:

Certification in CPA/CIA/CCEP/RIMS-CRMP/CISA or a related certification.
Experience in developing risk, control and/or compliance frameworks.
Experience working with a large contingent workforce.
Ability to work and communicate with teams and executive stakeholders crossfunctionally and crossregionally.
Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute multiple project plans to test effectiveness of controls which includes the objective, scope, approach, budgets and timelines.
Collaborate, communicate, educate and influence policy, process and control owners throughout Google and at different levels to improve process and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
Manage audit compliance and risk management.
