Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience working in audit or compliance role, assessing risks, testing controls, recommending process and controls improvements using industry best practices.
  • Experience in identifying and assessing risks, designing and testing controls.
  • Experience in risk management lifecycle, audit/compliance programs in organizations.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Certification in CPA/CIA/CCEP/RIMS-CRMP/CISA or a related certification.
  • Experience in developing risk, control and/or compliance frameworks.
  • Experience working with a large contingent workforce.
  • Ability to work and communicate with teams and executive stakeholders crossfunctionally and crossregionally.
  • Ability and willingness to take initiative to address problems and make continuous process improvements.
  • Ability to navigate through ambiguity, manage and coordinate multiple project assignments simultaneously in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute multiple project plans to test effectiveness of controls which includes the objective, scope, approach, budgets and timelines.
  • Collaborate, communicate, educate and influence policy, process and control owners throughout Google and at different levels to improve process and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Manage audit compliance and risk management.
