The Tier2 IT Support and Client Systems Administrator role will have the task of assisting with our helpdesk calls and tickets as well as being an escalation resource for our Service Technicians.
This person will need to be very organized and be able to confidently work with and communicate with the client's upper management personnel on both technical and customer service issues.

Mediatory Requirements
- Networking experience including enterprise grade firewalls, Layer2 and 3 switching and VLANs
- Office 365 knowledge including implementation and migration is a plus, as is disaster recovery/business continuity planning and maintaining.
- Extensive experience in Microsoft Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS/DHCP and GPO.
