Are you looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment? We are looking for 2 self-motivated Quality Control Technicians to join our team.

As a member of our Operations Team, you will work with a team to ensure products are handled properly, complying with health & safety standards.

Schedule Requirements:

1 Opening Afternoon shift: 1:00PM to 9:30PM (Monday to Friday)
8 hour shift
Evening shift
Holidays
Weekend availability

Your Responsibilities Include:

Perform various inspections including, daily operational inspection, room temperature monitoring, metal detection verification, building inspection, and monitor GMP's
Carry out all line checks to ensure compliance with product and process specifications
Inspect raw material products and outgoing products, and report any deficiencies
Perform control point checks, preshipment reviews, and allergen checks
Review and verify production records for completion and accuracy
Microbial sampling of raw materials, environmental, and finished products
Adhere to food safety and HACCP Principles

Your Qualifications Include:

Minimum 3 years extensive knowledge in quality control
University/Bachelor/Diploma of Food Science & chemical or equivalent
Excellent communication, analytical, and problemsolving skills
Detailoriented and methodical in documentation and processes
A selfstarter, a team player, and a finisher
Physically capable of carrying up to 20 lbs
