- Strategic Planning & Analysis: support development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan, including market analysis and competitive benchmarking; conduct research on industry trends; develop and maintain complex financial models.
- Financial Planning, Forecasting and Reporting: develop and manage the annual budget and rolling forecasts, identifying and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs); analyze actual results versus budget, provide variance analysis and actionable insights; prepare and present financial reports to management and investors.
- Business Partnering: act as a trusted advisor to senior management on a wide range of strategic and financial issues; collaborate with cross‑functional teams to evaluate financial impact of initiatives, challenge assumptions and identify areas for cost optimization, growth acceleration or process improvement; communicate financial results to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes, reporting systems, and data accuracy; leverage technology to automate and enhance financial reporting and analysis; help mentor junior team members and build scalable FP&A processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally in a fast‑paced or growth‑oriented environment.
- Experience in the CPG industry or prior experience in management consulting is preferred.
- Professional accounting designation or MBA considered an asset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities; attention to detail and ability to see the big picture.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non‑financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis will play a key role in driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision‐making across the organization.
