Bruce Wine Bar specializes in wood-fired, Neapolitan pizza and locally driven cuisine. We are looking for a motivated full-time prep cook/dishwasher to join our team. No experience required (though is an asset), we will train. This is a great opportunity to learn from a strong chef in a friendly, supportive team environment. Mix of day/night shifts possible.

We are open Tuesday-Saturday, closed Sundays and Mondays.

Work with a great team passionate about creating local and sustainable food, receive two consecutive days off every week, weekly tip out and opportunities to learn & grow under Chef Shaun Edmonstone.
