Simple Hosts Property Management is located in Plympton-Wyoming, with properties ranging from Point Edward up to Grand Bend. Most of our locations are closer to the Grand Bend area which you will be required to drive to. Hours of operation are generally from 10am-4pm Sunday -Sunday and are based off of check in and out times.

A valid driver's licence and your own vehicle are required, as you may be required to travel from property to property.


Skills and Qualifications
We are searching for a highly skilled, diligent residential cleaner who takes pride in their work. The residential cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the household and its surroundings. Your responsibilities will include sweeping, washing, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, scrubbing, and sanitizing all areas and surfaces. You should also be proficient in making beds, and folding laundry.


Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting with homeowners to understand their cleaning expectations
  • Sweeping, washing, mopping, and polishing the floors
  • Collecting and disposing of general waste or recyclable items
  • Sanitizing and disinfecting areas or surfaces within a home
  • Dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets or rugs, and washing windows, ceilings, and walls
  • Responding to complaints and inquiries from homeowners
  • Notifying homeowners and supervisors of accidents or issues that occur when cleaning
  • Attending training sessions to stay updated on current cleaning standards
  • Keen attention to details in a home
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Time management skills to perform their duties and responsibilities efficiently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Organizational and problemsolving skills
  • Willingness to learn new skills and practices on the job
  • Ability to work independently or in a team of other Cleaners
