The Opportunity:
Responsibilities:
- Always conduct yourself in a friendly and professional manner
- Ensure building and surrounding grounds are cleaned daily
- Respond to tenant inquiries and repair requests in a timely manner
- Carry out minor repairs: appliance repairs, routine plumbing repairs, painting, and basic electrical repairs
- Support the resident move ins and move outs
- Respond to emergencies that may occur in the building
Education / Skills:
- Ideally a minimum of two years of relevant work experience or an apprenticeship or combination thereof, however, we do provide inhouse training so you can expand your skill set.
