As a key member of our project management department, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects by maintaining accurate financial records and providing valuable insights.

• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to monitor project budgets, expenses, and timelines.
• Maintain accurate financial records, including tracking costs, revenue, and invoicing.
• Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support project decisionmaking.
• Utilize your expertise in Sage 300 to manage projectrelated financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulations.
• Provide regular financial updates to the management team.

• Proficiency in Sage 300 is essential.
• Local construction industry experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
