Responsibilities
- Leading by example to develop and preserve an energetic highly effective CLAO Central Loan Approval Office culture that inspires employee engagement effective processes subsequently surpasses even the most difficult stakeholder expectations
- Establish standards for service levels queue management performance monitoring measures as it relates to underwriting providing subordinates with prioritization direction support during periods with heightened demand
- Oversee CLAO Unsecured Loan Processing operations including but not limited staffing scheduling planning ensure company expectations met
- Lead deliver complex initiatives from concept completion Demonstrating strong planning prioritization execution skills driving measurable outcomes(li)Identify implement opportunities improve underwriting guidelines processes(li)Generate implement ongoing reporting track efficiencies staff activity continuously improve defined KPIs(li)Collaborate retail branch network regional managers indirect teams craft solutions meet customer merchant needs creating processes capture analyze leverage share branch insights improve overall customer experience(li)Collaborate Director Underwriting enhance Loan Underwriting Manual policies procedures relate processing loan applications
