What you'll do:

Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
Grow the business and drive sales
Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
Manage scheduling for the store
Research item values to ensure accurate pricing standards
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
Be a shining example of well behaviour and high performance
Able to prioritize the workload
Committed to loss prevention through exceptional service
Ensure the store fulfils all legal health and safety guidelines

Qualifications:

25 years of relevant Retail Store Management experience
Strong operational skills
Powerful leading skills and business orientation
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Have a strong knowledge of retail management software
Post secondary education in business and/ or fashion is encouraged
