Customer Service Representative

From $28 to $32 per hour - That's up to $72,000 - $78,000 per year with bonuses

Position Responsibilities

  • Guide and process customer orders and inquiries in a fastpaced environment using worldclass technology.
  • Solve customer problems and find best possible solutions.
  • Help customers navigate Uline's website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Become a product expert and understand each customer's needs to provide real, effective solutions and deliver exceptional customer service.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience. Bachelor's degree
    preferred.
  • Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
  • Thrive in a fastpaced environment with coaching support.
