Cleaner:

Local property development company seeking a cleaner for residential and commercial properties in Kingston.


Required:

  • Ability to manage time efficiently in order to complete all tasks assigned for the day
  • Reliable to arrive on time and be consistent

  • Cleaners have access to each property
  • Ability to take instruction and requests from management and communicate effectively

  • Flexible hours
- days, evenings, weekends

  • Meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
  • Must have reliable transportation to travel between properties vehicle allowance will be provided

Duties will include:

  • Floors to be swept, vacuumed, and mopped depending on the type of flooring
  • Dust all areas (blinds, bookshelves, mirrors, picture frames, window sills, desks, baseboards, etc.)
  • Wipe down all areas where necessary (window sills, baseboards, etc.)
  • Wipe down walls/switch plates, etc.
  • Kitchens to be thoroughly cleaned: stoves (inside and out), wipe down all appliances, countertops and sinks to be scrubbed and disinfected, etc.
  • Bathrooms to be scrubbed and disinfected from top to bottom: toilet, sink, vanity, countertop, floor, etc.
  • Basic housemaid duties (i.e. making beds, washing dishes, laundry, staging suites)
CPIC is an asset.

Position available immediately.

Salary:
$16.00-$18.00 per hour

Part-time hours: 25 per week


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kingston, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:


  • Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
