    Job Title: Conveyancer/Commercial Lender

    We are seeking an experienced Conveyancer with Commercial Lending experience to join our Chilliwack office.

    • 3+ years' experience in a law firm
    • Strong knowledge of BC conveyancing

    The ideal candidate will be able to independently manage 20–25 transactions per month, including sales, purchases, mortgages, refinances, and commercial loans.
