Flint Corp is seeking an Intermediate Environmental Professional to handle upstream and mid-stream oil and gas facility projects.

Reporting to the Regional District Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing and reporting on environmental services while fostering exceptional client relationships.


What would you be doing?

  • Manage client interactions and oversee environmental services for oil and gas facilities, aligning with regulatory requirements.
  • Cultivate and sustain positive client relationships, delivering toptier service across diverse environmental programs.
  • Lead field programs within remediation practice areas, offering mentorship and support to junior professionals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, regulators, and landowners to foster strong relationships.
  • Provide detailed project management and reporting support, ensuring highquality deliverables.

Does this sound like you?

  • Over 5 years of relevant environmental science/engineering experience in the Oil and Gas sector.
  • Technical Diploma or University Degree in environmental science/engineering or related discipline.
  • Eligibility for or current professional designation (Agrologist, Biologist, or Engineering/Geoscience).
  • Proficiency in provincial environmental regulations, policies, guidelines, and technical documents.
  • Experience in leading and overseeing environmental assessment and remediation projects.
  • Proficient in lightduty truck operation with a valid class 5 driver's license.
  • Strong vegetation identification and soil characterization skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Effective prioritization and multitasking in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Proactive problemsolving and initiativetaking mindset.
  • Strong commitment to health and safety.
  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
