CustomAir is seeking a Projects/Service Coordinator, based out of our beautiful Kelowna office, to work with multiple departments and field technicians.

Role requires:

-
Effective and efficient schedule coordination, maintenance contract management and pre-quote preparation
:

Exemplary customer service and support; interface with customers and other departments as necessary to ensure successful completion of service
:

Managing project documentation, sourcing supplies and materials,
RFIs, and technician scheduling.

If you have at least one year experience in a Project or Services Coordinator role, are organized and able to get the job done, and ready to be a part of a dedicated and tight team, then this is the career move for you.
Knowledge of basic HVAC repair estimates and/or experience in a technician dispatching environment is an asset.

Basic literacy and typing/data entry assessments will be administered during the interview process.
