Project Overview
We are managing two YouTube channels — one in English and one in Spanish — focused on a sensitive, high-profile personal story.
This includes launching YouTube Ads campaigns to increase views and subscribers, ensuring ads pass moderation, and revising content when necessary to secure approval.
You must also monitor compliance with YouTube advertising policies, provide recommendations, and create clear content guidelines so future videos meet ad requirements from the start.

Responsibilities
Publishing & SEO
- Upload ready-made videos to both channels
- Write strong, SEO-optimized titles and descriptions
- Optimize tags, keywords, playlists, end screens, and structure
- Properly adapt content for US and Latin American audiences
- Launch and manage YouTube Ads campaigns (views & subscribers)
- Ensure ads pass moderation
- If rejected, adjust content and resubmit until approved
- Track analytics and continuously improve performance
- Monitor alignment with YouTube ad policies
- Provide proactive recommendations to improve approval rates
- Create practical content guidelines for the production team
Requirements
- Proven experience growing YouTube channels
- Strong YouTube SEO knowledge
- Solid experience with YouTube Ads and ad policy compliance
- Fluent English and Spanish
- Ability to work fast and deliver measurable results
- High level of professionalism and discretion
