Your daily role:

As a member of the IT team and under the supervision of the IT Technical Support Manager, you will work in technical support for internal users.

THE ROLE:

Install and support desktops, laptops, tablets and other hardware (VMU);
Diagnose and deal with incidents;
Write procedures and various technical documents;
Provide support to users in getting started with equipment and software;
Install and support printers and other peripherals;
Network cabling (connectors);
Participate in various projects.

Your profile

Ideally a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position;:

DEC in computer technology;:

Proficiency in operating systems: Windows 10/11, Apple IOS, Android;:

WiFi knowledge;:

French and oral English and functional written English;:
