Responsibilities

Improve cycle time and work processes.
Prepare production schedules and administer production meetings.
Monitor progress of work, alert managers of potential delays or issues
Reviewing damage before, during and after disassembly processes
Damage Analysis and Repair Planning activities
Order, receive and invoice parts and materials using industry specific software
Delivering parts to technicians, vehicles, or part carts
Adjusting inventory levels, and counting each month end
Followup on parts orders
Manage parts organization at the facility.
Update Estimators and Technicians on parts status
Update Estimates with price changes and additional parts

Requirements:

Automotive knowledge/background
Production coordination experience in an autobody shop environment
Inventory and Materials Management experience
Parts management experience
Comfortable multitasking on different ordering portals and systems
Willingness to pursue learning and development opportunities
Outstanding work references

Salary:

$55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
