What will you be doing?
Effectively supervise all areas inside Kingpin including Admissions, Play structure, Arcade, Laser Tag, Axe Throwing and Bowling.
Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
Supervising and coaching staff.
Maintaining a positive attitude that promotes teamwork within the facility.
Ensure all working areas are always maintained in a safe and clean condition.

What We're Looking for?

Must be a team player and enjoy working in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to provide a superior level of customer service in all guest interactions.
Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time.
Required to perform other duties (including cleaning duties).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills both written and oral.
Previous supervisory experience required.
Knowledge of POS and computer entertainment systems.
Ability to assist in budgeting and tracking costs.
Required to perform other duties (including cleaning duties).
Ability to provide yourself with reliable transportation to and from work.
Must be able to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Requires the ability to stand for substantial periods of time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be Smart Serve Certified.
Standard First Aid/CPR C or willing to obtain.
Food Handlers Certification or willing to obtain.
