Key Responsibilities
Logistics Coordinator Duties & Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Build and maintain strong customer relations.
- Plan and coordinate our customers transportation needs with our partner carriers and their shippers and receivers.
- Actively search for competitive freight rates, building new professional relationships with carriers.
- Monitoring market changes and competitor pricing.
- Providing quotes and negotiating pricing with customers and carriers to meet margin requirements and ensure maximum profitability.
- Following our company's processes when it comes to order entry, providing, gathering and indexing documents, tracking quotes and tracing shipments.
- Provide exceptional customer service and communication to our customer from start to finish of every shipment.
- Work collaboratively and closely with all Titan Transline Teams to ensure all customer needs are met.

Qualifications and Requirements
- Postsecondary education in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years proven work experience in customer service.
- 1 year or more proven work experience in logistics or a related transportation field is an asset.
- Experience with TransPlus Fleet Manager and Loadlink software is an asset.
- High proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and Conference Calls is a requirement.
- Knowledge of equipment is preferred. (trucks, trailers etc)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various Titan Tranline Teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze performance metrics and make datadriven decisions to help reach company goals.
- A strong understanding of mathematical concepts.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Ability to be agile and adapt to the changing needs of our customers and the business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of positivity, enthusiasm, professionalism and motivation.

$50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
