Customer Service Bi-lingual
Pay Rate:
$19 per hour
Location:
Thornhill, ON.
Shift:
M- F , 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Job Requirements:
Bilingual -English and French - Must
Relevant experience in relevant field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior phone etiquette.
Intermediate computer skills (Excel, Word).
Excellent interpersonal skills
Job Responsibilities:
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
Take the extra mile to engage customer
Energetic and motivated
Must be highly organized
Be able to communicate follow up (voice, text and email) with clients and or business partners.
