Warehouse Technician - Calgary, Canada - POLAR MOBILITY RESEARCH LTD
Description
Reporting to the Materials Manager at our Calgary branch, our Warehouse Technicians pick, ship, receive, and maintain inventory, warehouse and yard to provide accurate and timely service to internal and external customers.
Duties included, but not limited to:
- Shipping and receiving
- Picking parts orders
- Warehouse and yard maintenance
- Forklift operation and maintenance
- Daily cycle counting and warehouse inventory
- Dealing with customers and suppliers
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Several years of industry related work experience
- Working knowledge of computers
- Strong customer service skills
- Have a strong awareness and attitude towards workplace health and safety
- Forklift certification, WHMIS, Fall Arrest, Fire Extinguisher, TDG, First Aid, an asset
Salary:
$22.00-$26.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Calgary, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- warehouse: 5 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Class 5 Licence (preferred)
