You as a Corporate Health, Safety & Environmental Coordinator will lead initiatives and develop HSE programs and tools along with the team and support and assist the team in a number of areas including but not limited to;

Maintaining the company wide HSE training matrix and records.
Assigning and communicating new, expiring, and overdue training requirements to employees and provide status updates and reports.
Collaborating with the HSE team to analyze, monitor and support the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives.
Followup and trending related to HSE processes and compliance metrics.
Providing guidance and information for continuous improvement on programs and KPI's
Updating and adding new content for HSE documents, forms, etc.
Supporting policy and program development.
Maintaining 3rd party monitoring systems.
Developing HSE alerts, and other communications

Is this the right role for you?

You have an educational background in health and safety, with 35 years of related experience in a similar role
You have experience in corporate office position
You have strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a major emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
You are a health and safety generalist who has a curiosity to learn and actively contribute
You are organized and have strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
You are proficient with Microsoft Office
