This is a great opportunity to work in a challenging and rewarding work environment in a forward thinking company.We are looking for someone who is a good fit with our existing Helpdesk group, who has excellent written and verbal communication skills and who can work both as part of a team or independently.
Working knowledge of a variety of business IT systems and methodologies is an asset.- Key technologies in use include Windows Server and Desktop OS, VMware, LAN, WAN, Telephony, Exchange Server, SQL Server, MS Office, Office 365, MS Dynamics, Backup Methodologies, Mac OS & Various Types of Office Equipment.
Access to a vehicle is required as light travel around the GTA is required from time to time to visit clients onsite.

Qualifications:
- Experience in an IT, technical support, and/or network administrator role.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting and repairing technical issues.
- Experience communicating with and working with thirdparty vendor support (ie. Software issues).
- Familiarity with technical support tools, techniques, and IT services technology.
- Any of the following professional IT certifications: Microsoft, VMware, Cisco, CompTIA.
- Experience in a customer or client facing role.
- Experience working in the managed IT services industry is an asset.
- A diploma or degree in computer science/information technology or an equivalent combination of skills and experience.
Salary:
$40,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
All our admin, technical support and development folks are temporarily working from home and only 1 technical staff allowed per office unit which our help desk group takes turns coming into the office so we are maintaining hybrid remote as works well.
