Description

Our top government client on the Oomple platform is seeking a highly experienced
Agile Coach to join their team for a
12-month hybrid contract.

Requirements:

Experience practicing Agile, including Scrum and Kanban
Experience as a coach/transformation advisor at an enterprise level, including advising senior leaders
Experience working as a transformation coach, offering support and guidance on Business Agility
Experience designing and implementing Agile work management systems at scale
Experience facilitating workshops and Agile training sessions
Strong and practical communication skills

Responsibilities:

Work with the marketing group to design & implement an Agile operating model
Collaborate with Stakeholders and Leaders (Executives, Directors, and Managers) to identify and implement agile process improvements and coach them in the expected mindsets and behaviors
Work with the digital marketing teams to ensure alignment with Business Objectives.
Advising and planning for organizational changes to various areas in support of Agile Ways of working such as roles, skills, training, planning, and funding

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Salary:
$80.00-$105.00 per hour
