- Receiving orders, Processing these orders in the system.
- Follow-up by phone or email with customers.
- Answer incoming calls.
- Adapt to changes in customer demands.
- Maintain an up-to-date bag inventory record.
- Logistics, warehouse. Find deals for shipping.
- Invoicing of shipped orders
- Work in cooperation with operations, sales
- Perform all other tasks related to and associated with Customer Service as requested.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong telephone contact management and active listening skills
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
- Must be proficient in French and English, both spoken and written (A spoken and written English is required for this position due to business transactions and communication with American and other Canadian partners)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience in customer support or experience as a customer service representative
- Adhere to ADM's health and safety standards and report any unsafe behaviors or conditions
- Work in accordance with local/provincial legislation
- All candidates must have authorization and the ability to maintain authorization to legally work in Canada.

About the Position
This position will report to the Director of Customer Service. This position interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts receivable, and file documents. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
