The Organization:

Unique Get Together Society is a registered charity that is dedicated to empowering indigenous peoples and all marginalized communities through our support programs and activities.

We see our primary responsibility to deliver services with a distinctly indigenous perspective and principles. Our Mission is to empower the Indigenous, marginalized and underserved communities, individuals and families we serve.

The Position:
Currently, we are preparing to provide resource support services in the Abbotsford area. We are seeking skilled experienced care workers for our supports programming. The programs range from family to family. Flexibility is the name of the game.

Requirements:

Proficiency in; Trauma Informed Care, Harm Reduction, Positive Behavioral Supports, and Attachment Theory.

Responsibilities:

Behavioral interventions, cooking and cleaning, providing recreational opportunities, documentation, medication administrations and community engagement, creative solutions for the individuals in our care while following the clearly laid out care plans.
