The primary responsibility of the Workforce Transformation Coordinator, will be to elevate the employee experience through executing initiatives to support Smart Working and targeted initiatives to improve the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:
Smart Working

  • Lead Smart Working campaigns, ensuring Smart Working mentality is embedded into the DNA of the business through enhanced employee experience, improvement of tools & technology, improved efficiency & effectiveness of hybrid
  • Working and support collaborative team mentality
  • Continually monitor and report on current workplace trends and best practices in the market
Environmental, Social, Governance

  • Leading ESG initiatives across North America working with members of the HR team and the business, focusing on raising awareness, supporting and promoting best practices with regards to sustainability matters
  • Participate in developing employee engagement initiatives to reinforce our diversity, culture and values
  • Assist and support in all employee experience events and initiatives for successful execution
  • Assist and support the Events Coordinator in building and executing on the annual calendar of employee and culture initiatives
  • Coordinate and lead various internal events, teambonding activities and related initiatives, at the office/regional level, and North American level
Project Management & Communication

  • Develop and execute an effective project and communication plan for each employee engagement initiative
  • Work closely with Communications, Marketing, IT, Facilities, HR, and the executive leadership team to plan and execute initiatives
  • Communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments and colleagues.
  • Identify and flag risks regarding changes and develop a strategy to overcome or address these
  • Set clear objectives and meet targets.

Key Requirements:
years of experience of working in a multi-discipline team environment covering Business, Transformation, Operations, Event Planning, Human Resources, or Change Management

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Human Resources, Operations, Events, Business or related field
  • Strong organizational and priority management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with multiple teams, levels of management and departments
  • Passion for employee experience, creating community, producing creative ideas, celebrate diversity in the workplace and becoming a greener organization
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, solutions focused and excited by a challenge
  • Able to bring fun into the workplace
