- Process paperwork for new, used, wholesale, and lease terminations
- Maintain records, reports and inventory lists as required or requested
- Create and maintain documentation for vehicle files
- Maintain vehicle register as per government and regulatory guidelines
- Co-ordinate licensing of vehicles, ownership transfers, etc. with the Ministry licensing office ensuring compliance with all regulatory bodies
- Conduct vehicle purchase documentation and wholesale documentation for the used vehicle department
- Perform any other duties, projects and administrative tasks as directed by management
- Previous administrative experience (automotive industry would be an asset)
- Exceptional communication skills and strong inter-personal skills
- Strong teamwork skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel and Word, etc)
- Previous experience with Reynolds and / or PBS dealership management systems an asset
- Assess skills and competencies through simulated training environments.
- Analyze responses to training modules or testing scenarios.
- Generate performance insights to support hiring decisions.
