What you will do:

We wear many hats on the customer team - we are advisors, coaches, and champions.

As an Implementation Specialist, you will work directly with Bridgit Bench mid-market and enterprise customers in handling all onboarding processes.

Always learning, growing and trying something new, you will have the opportunity to use your extraordinary organizational skills as you manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.


You can expect to:


  • Manage the implementation of new enterprise and midmarket customers and ensure key onboarding milestones are hit on time
  • Convert new customers into Bridgit Bench experts by conducting personalized training sessions and providing ongoing support throughout the implementation process
  • Provide the highest level of service and support to Bridgit's top customers through diligent communication
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Account Management teams to ensure smooth transitions and continued success of customers to set us up for growth and expansion
  • Advance our enterprise onboarding process and experience for customers
  • Work with customers to understand their integration needs and offer suggestions and best practices to leverage Bridgit's integration offerings
  • Develop new resources and automations to scale the customer base

  • You have outstanding organizational, project management skills and can move quickly-
  • Your written and verbal communication skills are strong-
  • You can collaborate effectively and can speak to your experience working with multiple stakeholders in cross-functional roles (product, marketing, sales, etc)-
  • You enjoy customer-facing interactions and are committed to providing outstanding customer service-
  • Your presentation skills are well-honed, and you are at ease running customers through customized training sessions because you enjoy teaching and coaching users-
  • You can produce high-quality, detail-oriented work and can commit to spending time on data entry projects-
  • Proven ability to build and nurture strong relationships-
