    As a Senior Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing the global Payroll team, establishing clear standards for accuracy, reliability, and business continuity.



    Key Responsibilities:



    • Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for 1,800+ global employees including audits/reconciliations/payroll journal entries

    • Ensure timely submission of all required government filings/remittances/pension contributions

    • Partner with HR/Finance/Legal to align payroll practices with employment agreements/company policy/local legislation

    • Main point of escalation for complex pay issues/enquiries
