Trim Landscaping is a full-service landscaping company that provides commercial and large-scale high-end residential and landscaping services in Nova Scotia.

We are continually growing and are looking to add a Project Manager to our team We have done many premier maintenance and design-build landscape projects like Peggy Cove's Viewing Deck, Argyle and Spring Garden streets, Queen's Marque and the Halifax Commons Aquatic Centre.

Who are You?

A driven, hard-working leader with experience managing construction projects, that is looking for a new opportunity and wants to help grow our business.

You must be a great communicator, quick learner, problem solver, be committed to working long-hours when needed and don't mind doing what needs to be done to get the job finished.

You do not need to have landscaping experience but you need to be knowledgeable in commercial construction best practices.

What will you Own?

The project manager is a key position in the company and essential in managing budgets, contracts, customer expectations, value-engineering and coordinating successful and profitable projects.

They need to solve problems for both our customers and employees to grow our business and will be responsible for:

Ensuring projects are successful, internally profitable and meet all scheduled targets
Ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project
Managing project values and overall job budgets for labour, equipment, materials and subcontractors
Scheduling, coordinating and managing jobs from contract award to completion of project
Job performance tracking and debriefing of projects with project teams
