Baig Security Looking to hire a Full-time Admin assistant for our Mississauga Office.


Baig Secured is a Canadian security company based out of Burlington, Ontario, hiring for Hamilton Ontario providing a complete spectrum of private security, investigations, and customized solutions.

We provide professionally trained uniformed Security Guards, Mobile patrols, Private investigators, and Loss Prevention Services.


Responsibilities:


  • Perform general administrative tasks such as managing and organizing files, photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for team members.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as processing invoices and expense reports.
  • Provide general administrative support to team members as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Proficient in using Google Suite (Chat, Sheets, Drive, Slides, Gmail) and other office software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and tasks.

Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
