Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise all aspects of the restaurant (Front of the House and Back of the House)
Perform administrative duties that are required while on shift
Enforce all health and safety/sanitation standards
Establish immediate credibility with guests and staff
Schedule team members
Complete inventory checks
Other duties as assigned

What you'll need as a Supervisor

Experience: 1+ years' restaurant supervisory experience

Certification:
Smart Serve

Other Qualifications:

Working knowledge of computerized Point of Sales systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure
Must be able to work all shifts including weekends and holidays
Safe food handling certificate preferred
