+ Under the direction of the Administration Manager, assist with completion of day-to-day administrative responsibilities.+ Assists with various Administration projects and continuous improvement initiatives based on Administration Department needs.<+ Creates and generates reports as required.<+ Supports Administration Department with monitoring, responding, and tracking inquiries.<+ Assist in background work such as administration research analysis coordination development tools resources updating internal folders records preparing meeting rooms attending meetings supporting vendor relations processing invoices for payment performing general administration functions maintaining confidential files databases.
