Tantalus Doors and Windows in Squamish isan ever growing and expanding manufacturing business that has gone from a small operation to much larger one over the years.

As such, we are looking to expand our team. We are looking for an efficient, professional, and organized individual to fill our role as
Administrative Assistant.


This position is for someone that thrives in a challenging role and enjoys working well with team members, customers, and suppliers.

YOU _MUST_ HAVE.

  • 5+ years' experience in administrative role in a dynamic office environment. Postsecondary training in office administration is preferred. Previous experience in construction or a related industry would be an asset.
  • Excellent command of MS Outlook, Word and especially Excel
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES (_Tasks include but are not limited to):_

  • Assisting with providing professional and courteous service to clients and visitors in person and by phone
  • Maintains solid customer relationships by handling questions and concerns with speed and professionalism. Performs data entry. May also require skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • Excellent communication abilities and data entry skills are essential.
  • To perform a wide variety of clerical services.
  • To understand and manage our social media outlets such as Facebook and Instagram.
  • To continue upkeep and management of our website.

Salary dependent on experience_


Pay:
$20.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
