Craigwood Children, Youth & Family Services is seeking a
Team Lead to join our multi-disciplinary team dedicated to improving the mental health of children, youth and families in the London-Middlesex area.

Our programs are committed to an approach that is strength-focused, family based, community oriented, and highly flexible and responsive to client needs.


You will be responsible to provide support to the program supervisor in all aspects of out of home program operations including but not limited to: youth treatment planning, plan of care development, coaching and mentoring of staff, program administration, effective team functioning, licensing/compliance and accreditation standards maintenance and cross agency collaborative programming.


  • Demonstrated commitment to the core values of the organization.
  • Child & Youth Work diploma or equivalent degree/diploma with a minimum of 3 years fulltime work experience in an out of home treatment facility.
  • Advanced knowledge and experience developing individual and group treatment approaches including experience in programming utilizing cognitive behavioural approaches.
  • Welldeveloped child care skills and the ability to communicate them in a variety of different mediums.
  • Ability to interpret assessments, reports and integrate findings to develop treatment plans.
  • High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
  • Experience coaching, mentoring and providing development feedback to team members. (preferred).
  • Specialized training and/or experience in group work, therapeutic recreation or other clinical interventions (preferred).
  • Experience in a leadership role (preferred).

If successful, you must provide:


  • A valid full 'G' class Ontario driver's license and have your own reliable transportation.
  • Current Police Record & Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Health assessment with current immunizations including MMR, DPT, and COVID vaccinations
  • Drivers Abstract
  • Standard First Aid/CPR Level C Certificate
