Dog Walker - Metro Vancouver Regional District, Canada - Kelsey's K9s

We are looking to add to our team We are seeking an individual who has worked with dogs in a professional setting before (ex, doggy daycare, another dog walking company, vet clinic, etc).

You will need your own vehicle, cellphone and work attire. As well be available from Monday

• Friday and the occasional weekend shift.

Candiate must have

• A working vehicle
• Knowledge of dogs and dog behaviour
• People Skills
• The ability to work outside in all weather conditions
• Time management skills
• Clean driving record
• Be able to walk multiple dogs at once ( up to 6)
• Clean record ( criminal record check will be done)
• Be a quick learner ( we do a lot of paid training before we let you off alone)
• Strong communication skills

You must have a good sense of time management, customer service and knowledge about dogs.

We work closely with clients and you will be going into their homes, taking their beloved animals out and caring for them while the owner is away.

We hope whoever we decide to hire is respectful of people's homes, privacy and pets.

We also offer pet sitting so there is opportunity there if you're interested. So occasional weekends need to be available.

COVID-19 considerations:
You are required to have hand sanitizer in your vehicle to sanitize after leaving an owner's home. You are also required to always wear a mask while picking up and dropping off dogs.
