A chain of locally owned Auto Body Repair Facilities in Central Alberta is looking for a Customer Service Representative to assist with the day-to-day operations of a busy collision repair facility.

The Customer Service Representative opportunities are located at our Innisfail Collision Facility Ave, Innisfail).


The Role:

• Assist the Location Manager in the daytoday operations
• Complete and submit repair orders for invoicing to Insurance Companies
• Assist Customers with navigating insurance claims
• Assist in Accounts Payable/Receivable
• Have exceptional communication skills; including the ability to listen and be clear, tactful, sensitive, and persuasive when interacting with customers, peers, and stakeholders.
• Be resultsdriven with exceptional organizational and execution skills
• Have the ability to work independently or as part of a team; manage multiple priorities in a busy environment
• Experience in the Auto Body Industry is an advantage but not a requirement

Salary:
From $23.00 per hour
