Grillo Law is a prominent Toronto plaintiff personal injury law firm with over 35 years of experience. We have an energetic and collegial work environment that fosters both personal and professional growth.ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Contacting prospective clients and assessing their claims
- Educating clients about the claims process and booking intakes
- Investigating preliminary issues and communicating important facts to the attorneys
- Opening new files which includes requests, initial letters, notice letters, production charts, searches, obtaining OCF2's, etc.
- Creating content for our social media pages and staying current with industry trends in order to continuously update and manage all forms of social media campaigns
SKILLS, EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
years of personal injury or insurance adjuster experience.
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Prior sales experience is an asset.
- Strong client service skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
