THE ROLE

Under the supervision of the Facility Coordinator, the Sports Store Technician plans and organizes all sports stores activities and equipment purchases according to established policies and regulations.

They will place orders and track materials and supplies, prepare reports for supervisor, as required, and will maintain records of distribution accounts.

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**High school diploma with several years experience in a related field

A valid driver's license (Alberta)

Experience
In issuing sports equipment

In the preparation and maintenance of outdoor sports facilities

In equipment maintenance/scheduling

In loss prevention

In inventory control

In record keeping/invoicing

In event planning

Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS
English Essential
