Quality Control Analyst $65-90K

Our innovative and proprietary IoT based solutions connect hundreds of smart homes together through a dedicated network to create a smart technology platform that enhances the experience and quality of life for homeowners in multi-unit residential buildings.


Our product has created quite the buzz, so we need to add a
Quality Control Analyst who shares our passion for innovative technology, social impact for good, and the thrill of helping companies grow.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for overall system integration test efforts and work across teams to ensure completion of all required testing, drive bug management across multiple teams and own the handover process to support.
  • Direct test activities of internal and external test partners including 3rd party integration teams.
  • Communicate & follow up with cross functional teams on test expectations, requirements and status.
  • Evaluate/introduce/create new test methodologies to improve test effectiveness and increase coverage.
  • Evaluate and improve effectiveness of test plan.
  • Characterize and identify issues (hardware, firmware, software, driveretc.) and support crossteam RCA's.
  • Continually improve hardware, software, test knowledge and associated processes

Must be able to travel to project sites.

Must use PPE at construction sites.

  • Responsible for client demo at site before and after project golive.
  • Write up new test cases and process documents.
  • Continually improve hardware, software, test knowledge and associated processes
and documents.


Qualifications:


  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with IoT and Smart Devices
  • Knowledge of a programming language
  • Expereince writing test scenarios and test cases.
  • Excellent communication skills
