As a Bike and Ski Technician you are a crucial part of the Adventure365 team.

This position requires you to repair, problem solve and assist our customers (and sometimes sales team) with their equipment-related issues This is a fun and challenging position that allows you to share your love of bikes and skis with customers and co-workers alike.

Applicants must be competent working in a fast-paced, upbeat, think-on-your-feet environment; flexibility and versatility is the nature of the position.

Bike and Ski Technician's assist with the maintenance, assembly, and delivery of bikes, skis and other related products.

Responsibilities:

To work in a fast paced and fun environment
Bike, Ski, Snowboard, Nordic servicing
Provide excellent customer service experiences and quality service repairs
Responsible for service work including correctly filling out service work orders, scheduling appointments for repairs and completing repairs in a timely manner.
Advises and assists customers with their product selection without bias.
Communicates with store manager regarding repair and warranty part needs.
Maintains a clean and safe workplace.
Performs other duties as assigned by the store manager.

Skill Requirements:

Previous bike and ski mechanic experience and bike and ski knowledge is a must.
Ability to be autonomous, prioritize workday, multitask and be detailoriented.
Ability to learn in a fastpaced environment.
Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions and take direction well.
Ability to create an excellent customer and team experience.
Good time management skills.
A sense of urgency and ability to hustle.
Any combination of education, training, or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.

Salary Range:

$18-$25 / hour based on experience
