Our Bar Supervisors will be an integral part of our team responsible for ensuring our restaurant exceeds service and sales objectives as well as supervising training and directing staff within our steps of service.

Our Bar Supervisors will ensure we have new exciting and well-executed drinks, a strong product knowledge matched with skilled cocktail techniques.

Your ability to create a positive work environment, while keeping staff morale high is a must.

Supporting and growing our staff's success through our steps of service will be a key part of our Assistant Bar Manager responsibilities.

Ensuring a positive guest experience in all areas is a must. Duties to include but not limited to the following.

Collecting payments from customers

Operating POS including training of staff on POS

Ensuring all cleaning and shift duties are completed

Oversee continual training staff in steps of service and performance

Monitoring inventory

Evaluating employee performance and giving feedback as necessary

Investigate and respond to complaints in a professional manner


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
