Almadina Language Charter Academy seeks an innovative and inspirational High SchoolPrincipal who will work collaboratively with and support the Superintendent to create a
positive and welcoming school climate where all students are encouraged to learn and
leadership skills, be well versed in the Leadership Quality Standards (LQS) and the
Teacher Quality Standards (TQS) and have a sound understanding of inclusive learner
understanding of the complexities of our new High School demographics and diverse
student needs and be able to help develop and put the necessary support accordingly.
The Principal must have the vision of inspiring education that is represented by three
long-term outcomes, known as "the three E's" of education (engaged thinker, ethical
citizen with an entrepreneurial spirit) in the context of a set of new competencies.

- Develop relationships with the school community and communicate professionally with
