    Description

    GENERAL SUMMARY
    Supports station/call centre operations and management in all aspects of business and office procedures including liaison with internal and external customers, suppliers and employees. Co-ordinates all administrative aspects of the station/call centre and directly assists senior manager in achievement of departmental goals.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • High school diploma/educational equivalent with secretarial courses or business college training preferred.
  • Two (2) years experience in a customer contact environment of which one (1) year is in a secretarial/administrative role.
  • Standard level MS Excel, Word. PowerPoint is preferred.
  • Good communication (verbal/written), interpersonal and organizational skills required.
  • Note1: There are 2 PPT positions - one in AM and one in PM
    Note 2: This position will cover gatekeeper duties
    Note 3: The address is 2128 EMMET HALL RD, REGINA, SK S4N 3M3
    Note 4: This is a 1 year temporary assignment

In addition to the usual factors used in the selection process, all candidates for positions that require driving as a core competency require a valid driver's license (e.g. Class 5,G, or 1[AZ]) and a driving record with two or fewer violations and/or accidents in the 24 months prior to the date of application. Further, candidates will be assessed through careful consideration of: 1) their current driver's abstract; 2) their performance during application interviews; and 3) their performance on any driver competency assessments administered
