Job Description:
Duties:
- Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking expenses.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop and monitor project budgets.
- Analyze project financial data and prepare reports for management
- Conduct regular account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Utilize time tracking software
- Prepare financial reports for management, highlighting key metrics and variances
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals by providing accurate cost estimates
Requirements:
- Business Administration Certificate
- Proven experience as a Project Controller or similar role
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in using accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage)
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Salary:
$57,283.09-$65,000.00 per year
