Hollick-Kenyon Dental has been serving the Northwest of Edmonton proudly since 2013 Our team of professionals, led by Dr. Philip Grout, has aimed to provide quality dental care in a friendly and comfortable environment
We use digital radiology and computers along with intraoral cameras to make our diagnosis, and to explain exactly what we're doing and why.

Schedule:
Monday-Tuesday 7:45am-4:15pm
Wednesday 6:45am-3:15pm
Thursday 10:45am to 7:15pm
Friday 7:45am-4:15pm
One Saturday a month in the Fall/Winter/Spring 7:45am to 3:15pm

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
- Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
- Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
- Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
- Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience
- Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
