A small Langley Financial Services practice that guides families and businesses through all the aspects of risk management, wealth accumulation and succession planning.

Our services encompass financial and estate planning, wealth management, family business sustainability and succession planning, and philanthropic planning. We service clients throughout British Columbia from our office in Langley.
Currently looking for a seasoned, professional administrator for a 4 day per week position.

You will play a key role in maintaining our office resources, customer service and administrative management. You possess excellent customer service skills and are talented in the areas of administration and communication. Your attention to detail delivers confidence along with efficiency. You are a team player who partners with others to achieve excellence in client satisfaction.

You are friendly, trustworthy, organized and have a knack for accomplishing tasks with little supervision.

You take personal initiative along with your attention to detail to complete assigned tasks and responsibilities, as well as look for ways to enhance those tasks and responsibilities.

Your proficiency with computers and office equipment make you comfortable even helping others to use them.

Our employees are expected to uphold the highest degree of client confidentiality and ethical conduct.


Responsibilities:


  • Managing high volumes of correspondence for multiple files
  • Ensuring files are complete and all forms have been correctly filled out to ensure prompt resolution
  • Provide administrative support to the team as required
  • Customer service responding to customer inquiries on an as needed basis

Required Qualifications:


  • Strong typing (55+ wpm mandatory) & data entry skills
  • Postsecondary education in office administration and/or 5 years+ experience in an office environment
  • Exceptional telephone manner
  • Detailoriented with good follow through, organizational skills, comfortable working independently
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a Salesforce (Client Management program)
  • Positive and friendly

Nice to have:


  • Previous experience in an insurance and financial service office but not mandatory
