Papparazo is looking for a Creative Strategist / Director to lead the brand's creative direction and advertising strategy across all platforms and markets.
What You Will Do
- Follow and develop Papparazo's brand identity, tone, and visual direction
- Lead creative strategy across ads, social media, website, and campaigns for GCC region.
- Create, test, and optimize ad angles, hooks, and concepts
- Plan and execute seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotions
- Brief, manage, and review work from creators, editors, designers, and 3D editors
- Ensure high-quality execution and brand consistency across Ads and social media
- Lead ad analysis meetings and interpret performance results (team effort)
- Identify winning creatives and decide what to scale, iterate, or stop (team effort)
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Director, or similar role
- Strong understanding of performance-driven advertising
- Advanced Arabic and English (spoken and written) — mandatory
- Experience working with UGC creators and production teams
- Ability to analyze ad performance and make data-driven decisions
- Strong eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling
- Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-focused
- Experience in fashion, footwear, or e-commerce is a plus
